My goals are really simple - to go from being a fat and unfit 39 year old bloke to being pysically and powerfully fit by the time i'm 40 years old.
Dont get me wrong physical fitness isn't just about strength - i've always been strong, but I had no stamina. Being physically fit and powerful means I can do a gym session and still go for a run, then go to work, then come home and go to the gym or do a workout at home.
Thats what my goals are - and you know what ? - i'm nearly there.

13/01/2010 - KETTLEWORX SYSTEM DELIVERED
Just had my KETTLEWORX system delivered, consists of 10 DVD,s and a 20pound kettlebell. Nice shiny rubber coated blue one.
Now dont laugh when you think 20 ounds is only about 10kg - I know that, I also know that its plenty heavy enough for these workouts !
Its not all about swinging it between your legs on momentum, you can do that with a bag of spuds.
16/04/2010 - FIRST OUTKLASS FITNESS TRAINING SESSION.
Today I had my first one to one kettlebell training session with Neil at Outklass Fitness. Learnt proper technique for the clean, press, one and 2 arm swing, & snatches. I have just used Pro Kettlebells for the first time and they are great. Just bought two - a 16kg and a 20kg. Booked ten lessons in total.
16/04/2010 - BOOKED MYSELF ONTO THE OPTIMAL LIFE FITNESS KB COURSE.
Well now i've gone and done it. Just booked myself onto the Optimal Life Fitness Kettlebell Course. This is a full training weekend that will take place on June 20th and 21st 2010. Exactly 1 year from starting to get fit. Allowing me to train other people in the art of kettlebell exercises. Thats the reason for the Outklass Fitness Lessons. All Outklass Trainers are kettlebell trained !
19/04/2010 - SECOND OUTKLASS FITNESS TRAINING SESSION.
Second Outklass Fitness session - WOW. Neil Upped the intensity for this one. Started with a TRX warm up and straight in to the training. Double 24kg deadlifts, double 16kg presses and 28kg pulls ( lawnmowers ). Three sets of ten each.
